A Second Chance to Find the One
Not every gown is meant to be yours. With Circular Couture, you can offer an unworn HERTROVE piece to its next owner and receive store credit toward the one that is. It stays with you until it finds its new home.
How it works:
- Request within 2 days of delivery. Contact your Atelier Liaison or submit a request through your account, with photos of the piece and its tags.
- We suggest a curated price. Our team reviews your piece and shares a suggested price with you before anything is listed.
- We present it to our clients. Your piece is offered in our pre-owned collection at the agreed price. Keep it unworn, with tags attached, while it’s listed.
- When it sells, send it to us within 2 business days. We complete a final inspection before it goes to its new owner.
- Receive store credit once the inspection is complete. You get the sale price minus a 25% handling fee.
Eligibility:
- Purchased from HERTROVE
- Accompanied by its HERTROVE Authenticity Certificate
- Standard size, never modified or altered
- Unworn, with original tags attached, until it sells
- Requested within 2 days of delivery
Good to know:
- If your piece is worn, altered, damaged, or its tags are removed while it’s listed, the listing will be removed and no credit will be issued.
- The same applies if it fails our final inspection.
- Credit is issued as HERTROVE store credit and can’t be exchanged for cash.
- Made-to-measure and customized pieces aren’t eligible.
