Damaged or faulty items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We want to ensure you're completely satisfied, so please don't hesitate to reach out.

To expedite the resolution process for any issues with your order, we kindly request photos or videos highlighting the problem. Please note that for us to effectively assess the situation and find the best solution, the photos or videos should depict the dress in its original condition, without any alterations.
