Policy

  • Alterations or custom requests must be submitted at the time of purchase, as they may affect the estimated delivery timeline. Our team will confirm availability and provide an updated timeline before proceeding.

  • Customization and alterations are subject to the capabilities and policies of each designer, and availability may vary by garment, style, and fabric.

  • These services are available for both full-price and sale items. Please note that any applicable surcharge will be calculated based on the original price prior to discounts. 

Examples of Common Customization Requests

Minor Adjustments (often complimentary, depending on the brand):

  • Hemline modifications (shortening or lengthening)

  • Bust, waist, or back adjustments for a more flattering fit

  • Lining changes for added comfort

  • Tapering or silhouette refinement

  • Minor seam closures or neckline tweaks

Major Modifications (subject to a surcharge determined by each designer):

  • Structural top changes (e.g., building up the bust or torso)

  • Adding or removing sleeves

  • Extensive resizing (e.g., enlarging or reducing by more than one size)

  • Transforming design elements (e.g., skirt to pants)

  • Extending lengths beyond standard production

Important Note on Surcharges

Customization surcharges vary based on the designer, the complexity of the request, and the original construction of the garment. Once we receive your request, we will coordinate with the respective brand and share the details—including any costs and revised delivery timelines—before proceeding.
